- Kent Motors acts as an intermediary and is not a financial services provider
5. Workshop Services
- Workshop service bookings made through the Website are subject to confirmation by our service team
- Estimated costs provided are indicative only; final costs will be confirmed after vehicle inspection
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
- Warranty on repairs and services is subject to our workshop warranty policy
- Vehicle collection is required within 7 days of service completion notification; storage fees may apply thereafter
6. Vehicle Sales (Sell Your Vehicle)
- Submitting a vehicle for sale consideration does not obligate us to make an offer
- Any offer made is valid for 7 days from the date of the offer unless otherwise stated
- The final offer is subject to physical inspection of the vehicle
- You warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle and have the authority to sell it
- You must disclose all known defects, accident history, and outstanding finance
7. Kent2Rent
- Kent2Rent applications are subject to assessment and approval by Kent Motors
- Terms and conditions of the rental agreement will be provided upon approval
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval
- Monthly rental amounts and terms are determined on a case-by-case basis
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Kent Motors or its content suppliers and is protected by South African intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
- We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free

- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months
